South African designer David Tlale showcased his first solo runway autumn/winter 2014 collection " Elementary Metropolis" at the New York Fashion Week 2014.
The designer has previously shown his designs on the prestigious runway as part of a collection of South African designers.
Tlale said his first solo show was incredible and he feels like his career is just getting started. “For our first runway solo showcasing, it was phenomenal. I feel like we have just begun.”
